The Union Bank Backward Classes OBC Employees Welfare Association, Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand, is committed to fostering growth, awareness, and unity among its members and the broader OBC community. Our core objectives are:
- Empowering Through Knowledge: To educate and equip our members and visitors with comprehensive information on reservations, creamy layer policies, and other guidelines issued by the Government of India.
- Informative Resource Hub: To provide valuable and accessible content that informs and engages viewers on matters relevant to the OBC community.
- Spreading Awareness: To share updates on the Association’s activities, events, and messages, fostering connection and collaboration within the OBC community and among our members.

We are proud to have established EMPOWER – Trust for Social Welfare, registered on February 7, 2022. This Trust serves as the academic and social wing of our Association, working tirelessly to advance educational and social initiatives for the betterment of the OBC community. यूनियन बैंक पिछड़ा वर्ग ओबीसी कर्मचारी कल्याण संघ, उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड, अपने सदस्यों और व्यापक ओबीसी समुदाय के बीच विकास, जागरूकता और एकता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
हमारे मुख्य उद्देश्य हैं:
- ज्ञान के माध्यम से सशक्तिकरण: हमारे सदस्यों और आगंतुकों को आरक्षण, क्रीमी लेयर नीतियों और भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी अन्य दिशानिर्देशों के बारे में व्यापक जानकारी से शिक्षित और सुसज्जित करना।
- सूचनात्मक संसाधन केंद्र: मूल्यवान और सुलभ सामग्री प्रदान करना जो दर्शकों को ओबीसी समुदाय से संबंधित मामलों पर सूचित और संलग्न करे।
- जागरूकता फैलाना: संघ की गतिविधियों, कार्यक्रमों और संदेशों पर अपडेट साझा करना, ओबीसी समुदाय और हमारे सदस्यों के बीच संबंध और सहयोग को बढ़ावा देना।
ट्रस्ट:
