- A leader, who formed AI UB OBC EWA in 1996 at Chennai, TN.
- A leader who played active role from outside, in tabling Education Bill in the Parliament in 2006 by pursuing various honorable MPs and visiting door to door including Shri Arjun Singh, then HRD minister.
- A leader, who played a pivotal role in adopting motion in the Lok Sabha in 2012 for constituting Parliamentary Committee for OBC by pursuing several honorable Members of Parliament including Madam Meera Kumar, then the speaker of Lok Sabha.
- A leader, who has proven himself as a catalyst in forming many Organizations /Associations/ Units in many Public Sector Institutions.
- A leader, for whom human dignity ideology is far more important than any other temporary strength.
- A leader, who created many stone pillars for the welfare of OBC community as a whole and OBC employees in particular.
